- Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse orders at our discretion.
- Pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax will be added where applicable.
- Order confirmation. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email or SMS confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Local exclusives. Certain products (including Torso Tonic Ginger Tonics) are only available for local pickup or delivery in the Phoenix Metro Area.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship nationwide within the continental United States.
- Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days.
- Estimated shipping time is 3โ5 business days after processing.
- Free shipping applies to orders over $40. Standard shipping is $7.
- Because our products are fresh and perishable, we ship using insulated packaging and expedited carriers. Delivery times may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or location.
- Add Moor Beverage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed off to the carrier, though we will do everything we reasonably can to help resolve delivery issues.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us:
- If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the situation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
